One of the longest running Western TV shows in history, each episode of Death Valley Days presented a factually based story about life in Death Valley, California during the late 19th century. A host presented each show and for a short time the show was hosted by Ronald Reagan (better known as the 40th president of the United States). Each episode began with a commercial from the Pacific Coast Boraxo Company, who sponsored the tv show.
